Sheri Ryder-Loya – Enrolled Agent/Tax Preparer

Sheri has been preparing individual, partnerships, corporations, LLC’s and estate Income tax returns since January 1987. She specializes in small business returns and individual returns in all 50 states. She is a highly trained audit representative and has given lectures to various business associations on tax savings tips.

James McCune – Tax Assistant to Sheri Ryder-Loya

James has been in the tax industry since January 2018. He has worked in all aspects of a tax firm often wearing several different hats. He conducts client communications and has strong organizational skills. James is an integral part of the success of Sheri Ryder-Loya ensuring that her workload is managed and running efficiently.

Brenda Materio – Office Manager/E-file

Brenda has been employed in the tax practice industry since January 1993. She manages all areas of a successful mid-sized tax practice. She has expertise in the e-filing process.

Brad Dehaven – Financial Advisor at Retire 101

We share our office space with Brad. We have referred our clients to Brad for all their financial needs for the past 20 plus years. He has always provided exemplary service to our clients, and we have received rave reviews for him. Brad’s clients span most of Northern CA. Brad has been licensed Series 7, & 63 since 1983 and obtained his Securities Registered Principal license, Series 24 in 2005. Brad also has his CA Insurance licensed.
